Healthy Diet

A nutritious diet is essential. We emphasise the importance of healthy food by getting the children involved in our meal time preparations.

By making it a fun, interactive experience, children learn to appreciate the process of food preparation, baking and cooking.
In addition to a healthy and balanced diet which is prepared by our in-house cook, a daily salad with homemade dressing is served. Fresh vegetables and fruit sourced from local farmers is also provided.
