Lots of exercise and fresh air!
There’s nothing better for children than exercise; whether it’s crawling, dancing, gymnastics or running, for children these activities are vital. Exercise helps to establish a child’s good health during the early years, strengthening their immune system, boosting their confidence and improving their social skills.
Every child has the natural urge to be active, roam around and explore!

We carry out our movement in:
• large rooms for dancing and exercising
• outdoor garden with sandbox, seesaw, swings, slides and much more
• small excursions to nearby play areas and walks in the woods

Every Tuesday morning we give children the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities according to the season. On our “nature mornings” in the nearby woods, children learn all about outdoor plants and animals, exploring and enjoying nature at it’s best.
